Loan Document Signings services are for homeowners (borrowers) who purchase a new home or refinance their existing mortgage/loan. At the end of the loan process, borrowers are required to sign the loan documents in the presence of a notary. Our notary has performed over 900 loan document signings. Borrowers are not required to use the notary from the mortgage or escrow/title company. If you prefer to use our services, please contact us so we can coordinate with you and your lender. The notary will go over all loan documents with the borrower(s) prior to signing. The invoice will be sent to your lender and the notary fee will be included with your closing costs.
Flat Rate Loan Signing Document - $200.00
Travel Fees = $1.25 per mile one way

Certain documents require an individual to sign and attest to their identity in the prescence of a notary public. It is not the notary's job to confirm the contents of the document. Rather, the notary's job is to verify the signer's identity.
Industry Standard Fee per Signature - $15.00
Travel Fee (in Pasadena, CA) = $25.00 flat fee
Travel Fee (outside of Pasadena, CA) = $25.00 flat fee + an additional $1.25 per mile one-way
